You upload it directly on the product page before you check out — just click the upload area and choose your file. We accept JPG, PNG, and WEBP files up to 10 MB. Once your order comes through, we review the photo before printing. If anything looks off, we'll email you first.
A clear, well-lit photo with your pet's face towards the camera is ideal. Natural daylight works great. Try to avoid blurry shots, photos taken from far away, or very dark images — the better the photo, the better the print. A close-up from a phone camera taken in good light is usually perfect.
If we think a photo won't print well — for example it's too blurry, too dark, or very low resolution — we'll email you before we start production and ask for a clearer one. We won't print something we don't think will look great. You'll have a chance to send a better photo and we'll carry on from there at no extra cost.
Absolutely. If you'd like both pets on one product, just upload a photo with both of them in it, or reach out and we'll help you figure out the best setup.
Every item is made to order, so we need a little time to print it. Most orders ship within 3 to 7 days, and delivery time after that depends on your location.
We ship worldwide. You'll see exact delivery estimates for your address at checkout before you pay.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you are. Orders over $50 ship free.
We stand behind everything we make. If something isn't right, reach out within 30 days and we'll sort it out, whether that's a reprint or a refund. Your happiness is the point.
Custom and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged — since each piece is made just for you, we can't resell it. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a mistake on our end, we will always sort it out. Email us within 30 days with a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a reprint or refund.
If you catch it quickly, yes. Email us as soon as you can and if we haven't started printing, we'll update it. Once it's in production we can't make changes.
