Because every piece is personalised with your pet's photo, returns work a little differently here than at a regular store.
Custom items are not returnable
Custom and personalised items are not eligible for returns or exchanges once production has started.
When we will make it right
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or noticeably incorrect due to a mistake on our end, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Changing or cancelling an order
Contact us as soon as possible. If we haven't started printing yet, we'll update or cancel it for you.
Wrong photo or address?
Contact us quickly and if your order hasn't gone to print, we'll fix it at no charge.
