We make custom products, one at a time, with care. We also want you to genuinely love what shows up at your door. Here's how we handle returns and our guarantee.
If something about your order isn't right, reach out within 30 days and we'll make it good, whether that means a reprint or a refund. Your happiness is the entire reason we do this.
Because every piece is printed just for you with your pet's photo, we can't accept standard returns the way a regular store might. A pair of socks with your dog's face on them isn't something we can resell. That said, the guarantee above always applies.

Just email us at hello@printapaw.shop with your order number and a quick photo of the issue, and we'll sort it out fast.
If you need to change or cancel, email us as soon as possible. If we haven't started printing yet, we'll update or cancel it for you. Once an item is in production, we're unable to make changes since it's already being made just for you.
It happens. Contact us quickly and if your order hasn't gone to print, we'll fix the photo or shipping details at no charge.
