Every Printapaw product is made just for you, which shapes how shipping works. Here's exactly what to expect.
Because each item is printed to order with your pet's photo, we need a little time to make it. Most orders are printed and ready to ship within 3 to 7 business days. During busy seasons like the holidays, this can run a touch longer, and we'll always keep you posted.
We ship across Canada and the United States. Since we print and ship from within Canada, Canadian orders tend to arrive fastest with no surprise customs fees.
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't seen a shipping email within 7 business days, check your spam folder, then reach out and we'll track it down.
Once your order leaves us, delivery timing is in the hands of the carrier. We'll do everything on our end to get it out the door quickly, but we can't guarantee exact arrival dates. If you need something by a specific day, email us first and we'll do our best to help.
