By using Printapaw and placing an order, you agree to these terms. We've kept them readable on purpose.
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy a custom product from us. We'll confirm by email once it's received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if something looks off, and we'll refund you fully if we do.
By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you give us permission to use it solely to create your product. Please don't upload anything you don't have the rights to, or anything offensive or unlawful.
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and may change over time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order. We do our best to keep everything accurate, but if an obvious pricing error slips through, we may correct it before printing and will contact you first.
Everything we sell is made to order. Please review your photo and order details carefully before checking out, since custom items can't be resold and our return policy reflects that.
The Printapaw name, logo, site design, and copy belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.
We pour care into every order, but to the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has left us.
